Since 2005 or when CNU took over warwick from J Clyde to Hindenwood area the Parking on Nutmeg Quarter is a mess I have been a resident on that street for over 16yrs and with Rita's on the corner has led me to have several issues with parking in front of my own house just wondering if the city could issue res. parking pass to keep the parking to min. like they do the shipyard?

Traffic Engineering (Martida)
The program being requested requires a petition and follow-up engineering study. The Department of Engineering requests that the concerned citizen contact Mr. Mohamed Elrahhal at (757) 926-8611 so that he may exchange information and give the citizen the required petitions to begin the process. If no response is received in ten business days the City's request for Service will be closed as no action from citizen.
