Sharraxaadda

The signage directing people who are traveling West on Route 4 and wish to get off onto the Southbound side of Teaneck Road is missing as well as a sign directing people to Holy Name Medical Center from that exit. I cannot tell you how many people end up going North and not South due to the poor and missing signage.
