The Cambridge DPW recycling center should allow people to take computers and parts from the electronics disposal bin.

This used to be a great source of free recycled computer parts, but Cambridge posted signs banning taking stuff out of the bins.

They should allow people to take stuff, since reuse is the best way to ecologically deal with things that are thrown away.
