Is there a limit on how much trash can be collected at one time? This is the third collection day trash has been left in the can I set out. This time I had three bags in the supercan, two were collected and one was placed in the recycle can. The trash bag taken from the supercan and placed in the recycle can did not contain recyclable materials.
