Since mid-December, red light at eastbound Lemmon ave & turtle creek has been backing up traffic back three red lights from approx. 4:30 pm up to 6:30-7.00pm. Not seen it this bad since worked in area for several years. Turning off Oak Lawn or Welborn onto Lemmon, you sit forever
