Every day for six years I have made the turn from Whalley Avenue onto Dwight Street up to Elm Street, only to encounter a street that either has been forgotten or the City never knew it is there in the first place. The potholes are dangerous, and there isn't a square inch of even paving on the whole street. Someone please take a look at this street!
