They need to either remove the traffic light all together or reconstruct it. The best way to reconstruct it is to allow Dalcoma traffic to go straight across Hall road and then west bound onto Hall road. They would need to hang another traffic light at east bound Hall road and Dalcoma, then both lights need to be timed together. The Hall road turn around straightened out to be able to go straight across just like a three way intersection.
This would stop people from trying to go straight across Hall road and actually going the wrong way on Hall road for a short period.

Please revisit this issue at Dalcoma and Hall road. This intersection should be a full intersection with a traffic light at east bound Hall road. Then open up the Michigan left lane to make a full intersections for both Hall road and Dalcoma. This would be a whole lot safer.
When you approach this intersection from Dalcoma heading north toward Hall road and the traffic light is green for west bound Hall road it looks like that traffic light is over the east bound hall road too.
Please look at this again in the dark from north bound Dalcoma!!!

This issue at Dalcoma and Hall Rd is at its worse right now. People have been going down hall rd in the opposite direction to get into that Michigan left area where the light is. Please consider making this a full intersection!!
