Sharraxaadda

At the Richmond Public Library on 1st street, middle of the block, next to a tree, there is uneven sidewalk and people trip all the time. This tree is close to the entrance. One woman fell and hurt her elbow pretty badly. I can see this from my work station. Hopefully this will be fixed pronto! Thanks for taking care of this.
