Sharraxaadda

The people down the street are so disrespectful. I have awakened on so many occasions to the bass at all different hours of the night starting at 11pm and as late as 5 am. I have written a letter asking them to abide by the noise ordinance laws, but it has continued. I have called police and waited to see if an officer comes by. 95% of the time nobody shows or for at least many hours and by that time they stopped temporarily or it's time to be up anyway. Enough is enough. It's 10 pm now and it has been going since 3 am.
