Sharraxaadda

This portion of Spruce St between Brunswick Ave and New York Ave is terrible. It is full of pot holes, bad patch jobs, missing pavement around utility holes, and uneven pavement. It is horrible on the susspension of any vehicle that travels it. When coming to a stop upon reaching New York Ave the ruts in the pavement truly test the brakes.
