this RV has people sleeping in it overnight throughout Sheffield Village, typically parked on 3000 block of Middleton (closest cross is Marlow) or at Brookfield and Covington. Has also been sighted on MacArthur by creek overpass, in San Leandro, near known homeless encampment under freeway. Neighborhood has concerns around drug use in and around RV as well as disposal of human waste and trash. Repeated calls to our beat officer within OPD have not been acknowledged.
