Hi Jason - We're so sorry for the inconvenience! There was a sign hanging as recently as Monday from the zip-tie on this bike repair station noting that the pump was out of service, but from your photo it appears that it has either broken off or was removed by someone. We are currently repairing some of these bike repair stations, and right now this one does not have a pump installed at all. The plan is to reinstall all of the missing pumps this Friday. Sorry again for the inconvenience!
