Nor do they contribute to "curb appeal" in any way. I used the above addresses because this format requires it. While I got a hit within those addresses, in reality the offenders are up and down the whole street. Is there not some type of regulation against this practice? Can the city send them a notice to put the stupid things BEHIND the house where they belong?? I realize there are more pressing issues than silly low property values and the perception this is a "crummy" neighborhood. Maybe we can start with the little things.
