Sharraxaadda

Yesterday I wrote that there is one sign with P and an "/" across it indicating no parking and the 2nd sign says "No Parking Wed's between 9:30 to 11:30" to due street cleaning - which seems to indicate that all other times you could park there. WELL, this morning there is a car parked there with a ticket on it and the citation # is:594184614 and it has the address as 2200 O St, N.W. the ticket is for $30. the car has temporary tag # 60601 (I think DC??, not sure) ... so the complaint is that the city uses these contradictory signs as a huge money generator -day after day ticketing people. which isn't fair.
