The entire length of West Rock Ave has large piles of snow. Travel is difficult, as road is too narrow. Cars cannot park.

Yes, all the piles of the snow that the payloaders and plows left are obstructing vehicle and foot traffic.
What's going to happen with the next snow storm??????
