Sharraxaadda

Exceptionally large RATS are seen on a nightly basis running around and under the trash can in front of 129 Church street’s secondary entrance door. This has been a problem for over a year. The trash can is clearly drawing the rats and perhaps should be replaced for one of the newer, sealed models. The trash can is next to a heavily utilized bus stop and is always full. Please address.
