AGAIN. This is the 3rd time the crew has REFUSED TO EMPTY these bins. The boxes have non-recycling trash with garbage bags under them. This crew ONLY PULLS BAGS FROM THE BINS, they DON'T EMPTY THEM. Now others are putting dog poop and other trash in the bins as well. PLEASE EMPTY THESE BINS and get this crew to actually empty the bins on their route. Thank you.
