Sharraxaadda

There are cars speeding and racing up and down East Rock all the time. There are clear signs posting 15 MPH, yet cars do not obey these speed limits. As a walker, jogger and biker I find these cars extremely dangerous. Police need to take notice. This is very unsafe.
