Sharraxaadda

This section of Reno splits into two lanes. The left lane is for making a left turn at the bottom of the hill. People do not know that and so they get in that left lane, when they find out they have to go left, they cut into the right lane, potentially causing an accident. I have witnessed this a number of times. The road need to be marked for left turns starting and in the middle of this left lane.
