According to local officials, the U.S. has no juristiction over Canadian owned railway lines. The issue: When we get into an accident because of negligence on belhalf of the city/county and that of these trains who feel they don't have to blow their horns prior to an intersection (Canadian), we are fined heavily by the city/county to which is negligent for failure to stop or reckless driving not to mention the cost of replacing your vehicle.
