EVERY time DWSD clears the sewer lines on Korte with the water jet my sewer drain volume is reduced or stopped altogether.
I have had plumbers out twice to snake my sewer drain and after paying a fee I'm told my drain is clear the problem is in the city drain. I've called DWSD and they came to my house and posted a note that they are not responsible for my drain. Unfortunately, this usually occurs on the weekends and I am forced to go to a public laundromat. PLEASE FIX the city side of the drain or stop using the water jet to clear main lines and block mine.
