trailer has expired tag XL65148 with boat on top recrectional vehicles are not to be on city streets this boat does not get moved this neighbor has it chained to telephone pole ,motor is exposed, trailer hitch protrudes beyond length of boat. I was moved in 2011 after a waring from city, they brought it back and it is very dangerous when the children are playing .
