Jay, the whole neighborhood needs work. The roads just keep getting repaired and it just keeps sinking down the road. There are a lot of patches in the road as well and I would think there would be enough patching that it would be done finally. Specially speed bumps put on 24th ct since people speed and blow stop signs at 40+ to avoid Pasadena almost causing serious accidents and hitting kids. It's nice that Taft st and Douglas get barrier walls as well but Sheridan st doesn't? I do greatly appreciate everything you have done so far Kay and I understand its just the beginning!

David... The road infrastructure is being evaluated by City Engineer. The area has soil shifting and will require significant dollars to address. Its been over 300 days and nothing has changed. I was informed by the mayor that the job was transferred to the appropriate department but as of today it is still pending.

There was a delay in responding to this request because it was submitted without a Service Request description. Since a significant amount of time has passed this request will be closed.

I am not happy with the lack of results. I put this request in over a year and a half ago and nothing was done. Today I get an email alert saying the request has been closed.

If a service request description is required for any action to be taken, they why is it not a mandatory field when an issue is reported?

This issue seems to be a lack of BASIC Maintenance, which residents shouldn't have to report to get anything done.

Maybe someone needs to open a ticket to fix the SeeClickFix system.

Mulched and cleaned

Commissioner Shwartz, today I arrived at my home after work and noticed that the roundabout in our cul de sac had new mulch and the palm trees had been trimmed. I am assuming it was the city that did this through the "see click fix" app. if so I would like to thank you, it looks wonderful, and we appreciate it. My wife and I voted for you during the recent election and we will vote for you in the future. Keep up the good work!
