Prospect Street is long overdue for a repaving (not patching).
Especially from Millrock Rd all the way to Division Street.
The city (?) has attempted to patch the section between East Rock Road and Huntington-but all they did was throw tar over existing holes-it definitely was not patched correctly.
I attached a picture of 795 Prospect Street.
