This was a suggestion to put a left turn arrow on 16th & R, nothing is broken, an left turn arrow needs to be put there, its a busy intersection and at times dangerous.

Going north at 16th & R. Could the city please put a left turn arrow on this street, this is a busy street and no one gives you a break, if any street needed a left hand turn this one does.
