Old metal bars surrounding a number of sidewalk trees here on 19th street by the corner of Franklin should be removed because the trees are now growing into the bars and being constricted by them. In addition these tree bases are hemmed in by concrete with no breathing room to grow. Please remove the metal bars surrounding the trees and also the concrete at the tree base to allow for proper growth.
