Sharraxaadda

Pellets in the road at the intersection, within feet of storm drain. These pellets caused my son and I to drop motorcycles because our feet could not find traction on top of the pellets. Not only are they dangerous to people on motorcycles but not good for any creeks or streams that they could get into.
