Sharraxaadda

I sometimes sit and wait for over 5 minutes here waiting for the crossing guards to let every single little thing pass! Horses I don't mind when they stop us when they are about to cross but they will be 100- 200 feet away and keep traffic waiting! Please fix this! Also, a controlled traffic signal would be nice too so we don't have to endanger crossing guards in the middle of the street.
