Sharraxaadda

For the past week, they have been starting construction at the 2345 R. St site well before 7:00am. They were out here by at least 6:30 this morning when awakened me. In fact it oftens wakens me out of my sleep. I'm pretty sure I read city code that disallows before and after hours construction in residential zones. What if anything will be done about this?
