That house at 1105 e Martin st has never had a permit to be a rooming house. Once in a while there is some suspicious activity going on there.

The Zoning Inspector has removed this sign from the utility pole at the intersection of S Tarboro Street and E Martin Street. She has phoned the number and left a message to discuss our regulations. As of this time she has not received a call back. Please let us know if you need anything further.
