On a daily basis, multiple cars are parked on the sidewalk perpendicular to the street, blocking half or most of it. It seems like the delivery drivers from Pasquale's Pizza do it regularly, encouraging others to follow suit. I would like to see enforcement as well as yellow zones added to address the problem.
