Unfortunately, our city's officials have not seen this reported issue. If you look near the top of this page, you will see "𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙞𝙨 𝙖𝙣 𝙪𝙣𝙖𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙚𝙨𝙩". That means it's not in the queue of any of our city's officials.

There are several different reasons this could happen. One of the reasons is when the reporter creates the category of the reported issue rather than selecting one of the categories provided by our city. In this case, the category's title is "Hanging Wires". This category was created by the reporter. That's why the category is listed as "𝙉𝙤𝙣𝙚" and it has been submitted only to "𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮".

I know how confusing this must sound. Hopefully, our city will continue to improve how this tool is utilized. If you would like your reported issues to be seen by our city's officials, please ensure you are selecting one of the categories created by our city.
