I estimate the noise level at fourth floor level is 85 dB, night and day without a break even in cooler weather.

This hasn't been resolved. Now with the cold weather the air conditioning compressor is not running. But this will be a problem when the spring/summer comes around again. This noise level is measuring 85dB from the fourth floor of our building - measured by one of our neighbors who is a professional in the audio industry.

Also, go to the Precinct monthly meetings and contact the the Community Affairs Officer at the Precinct. The noise has to be coming from somewhere...bar.

This complaint has had no attention from the summer. It is coming from an AC, and obviously it isn't going to running in below freezing weather. The issue needs to be revisited by an authority in the late spring early summer. This one hell of an obnoxious retail store-neighbor who doesn't live here

this noise complaint has been on file for years. NOTHING HAS EVER BEEN DONE ABOUT IT. The HVAC systems run 24/7 and never shut off.
