To Dept. of Traffic, Transportation, and Parking: Pardon error above: the pole is 4607, not 4067. Today, you closed my third request to have this street lamp fixed. However, it is NOT fixed. Today I saw a white bucket truck that might have been a repair truck parked next to a street light pole, but NOT the one that isn't working. By the time I could get outside, the truck was gone. They were in the general vicinity, but on the wrong side of the street, at the wrong pole. They were NOT at pole 4607. The location of the correct pole is clearly described above: between the houses at 999 and 1031 Forest, on the east side of the street (not the Hopkins side), adjacent to a yellow fire hydrant.
