well ya kno what Mike, something is rotten in Pontiac, this house still sits in a neighborhood near 2 schools and lots of kids walking to go to them. Your comment was left over 1 year ago. Gonna start pushing on this house. It just gets worse everytime I go through there and that irritates me. It's time to do something or get off the pot. I will be submitting pictures of this house to Mr. Schimmel very soon if I don't see some action. Cleaning out the house, the garage needs it too and needs to be closed up and made secure.

it's still a mess, broken windows, the siding is missing, neighbors say once in a while someone comes around, why does this guy keep getting extensions, i see no permits posted, a terrible impact on a neighborhood located by 2 schools and a neighborhood of children and high crime, something has to be done, it's been sitting there far too long, 2010 and what kind of owner buys a house and leaves it sitting forever?

why does this person keep getting extensions on expired permits. Th is house is in horrible shape, broken windows and no sign of things getting better, infact, getting nothing but worse since 2009, 2 schools nearby in a neighborhood struggleing in a city that has been knocking down houses left and right in this very neighborhood, why not this one? who do you kno?

This house has been empty since the owner died in 2007. The house has been picked apart, sold, some rehab, picked apart, sold, some rehab, etc., when is enough enough?
