Cars coming up Holly Hill Road adjacent to Regency Mall are constantly turning LEFT (to go north) onto Parham Road without yielding to oncoming cars on the other (East) side of Holly Hill Road who have the right of way. They just ignore any cars coming from the neighborhood across Parham on Holly Hill Road who are going straight and therefore have the right of way. There are near misses there every day, and a bad accident happened a couple of weeks ago. The county needs to put a left turn arrow at the stop light there if those turning left refuse to yield to oncoming traffic, or at a minimum they need to put a sign there that reminds those turning left that it is THE LAW to yield to oncoming traffic when turning left.
