I think that is a great idea to hold the businesses on Girard Ave accountable for their customers trash even Septa because sometimes is from the riders. FYI...there has been an on going fight with the residents on the other side of 29th street who is constantly battling Non Stop because their customer would litter and drop their beer cans/bottle where ever they feel and also urinate at their houses and cars.
