Sharraxaadda

There's black, "anatomical" graffiti on the paved path in Fred Fletcher Park, about halfway between the amphitheater and the playground (the path in the park, not the sidewalk along Washington St). There is also similar black graffiti on some of the signs attached to the dog poop bag holders.
