Another person clearly igmoring the NO PARKING signs.

Four cars clearly parked in the NO PARKING zones around corners obstructing visibility and choking off the corners making it impossible for emergency vehicles to navigate.

Call 911 on each of the occasions when you notice violator's. Ask to speak with the officer and explain the situation. He will then fill out a police report and cite the violator's. That way you have created a paper trail. Soon enough the city will get tired of all the calls and submit it to the city atty. It will then be determined if the church is in fact responsible, and they will be forced to hire parking associates on these days. I hope this was helpful, good luck.

Called 911 today and was told there was an officer checking it out. Cars where still paked there 45 minutes later. At least 8 cars were clearly parked in the No Parking Anytime zones. (not the ones that say during scheduled religious serves). This includes the car parked in front of the fire hydrant that is attached.

Have the 911 operator have the responding officer dispatched to your residence, you may have to do this several times. Like I said, they will get sick of it after a while and make the City respond. Also you can call 311 once or twice a week about it and request an update as to what is being done. If you have a local HOA you can talk to the resource officer for that area.

If you can enlist neighbors, video the violator/ 's car, tag , dates and times. If I am not mistaken, "ask police first" they can cite the cars on that evidence alone. It's like doing the cops job for them, but if it works it's time well spent.

The issue is still not fixed. Apparently the signs don't matter. One car (shown below) uses the fire hydrant area as his own private parking spot.

Still not fixed and getting worse. I asked a woman no to park and she said that she wasn't worried they don't do anything anyway.

The issue is on going. Police came for about two weeks and that fixed it for the third week. Now back to parking where ever they want.

I have called 911 several times over the last few weeks. People still park there. I would like to get the cars towed.

This happens on Beverly Dr. too.I'v called 311 and many times and only once have thet responded and given out tickets.It's as though they don't understand the danger the homeowners are in when they are at church.I have stopped people and explained nicely and they just walk away.Pel I'm with you.I don't like my mom in danger either!!!!!

The problem still exists. The police came out and put cones up for a while. As soon as the police quit putting up cones the illegal parking was back. Myers Park Presbyterian members, only care about themselves. And I mean everyone from the ones that park there to the people that see it happening and say nothing.

The issue is ongoing. People park there every day of the week. Police do not ticket or tow.

Issue is as bad as it ever was. The city does nothing and Myers Park Presbyterian acts as if it isn't their problem. When someone is hurt by the practice I will sue the city and the church.

As bad or worse than it ever was. PLEASE TOW THE CARS. That will stop the issue.

I don't know why I even bother. The church acts like they can park wherever they want to park and the city/county does nothing about it. I have called the police and done what the asked. They don't even show up.

PLEASE TOW VEHICVLES. This is an every day occurrence. The spots are clearly marked NO PARKING TOW AWAY. Is it going to take a child getting hit to finally bring resolution to the issue?

This issue is still on ongoing problem. The police and city council have no interest in correcting the issue. It has been 6 years and the problem is worse than ever. The police NEVER show up.

After all these years the city and Myers Park Presbyterian Church choose to do nothing about it the issue. I am leaving this open so when there is an accident the lawyers can see that it is an ongoing problem that the city and church knew about and chose to ignore.

Still an ongoing issue, removing a sign does not prevent people from parking around the corners and in front of fire hydrants.
