Sharraxaadda

The family at the corner of Norton and Goffe have 1 or 2 dogs ( I think Rottweilers) who they frequently let loose. They can't control the dog and even when it is on the leash is pulling the teenager who is walking it. The dog does not respond to basic obedience commands. There are many children who live on this street and I'm afraid this wild dog, with its irresponsible owners will hurt someone.
