    The Pine Tree in the Open Space behind our home has fallen and is hanging on our tree in our backyard. The tree is close to falling on the fence between our backyard and the open space. Cross Street is Castle Peak and Huron Peak. Path entrance on the west side of Castle Peak. We live in the cul de sac at the stop sign.

    Multiple pot holes all along coalton road all the way to the freeway from Mccaslin. there are like 5 miles of roads and they are always full of potholes. why is it on the community to tell the town to fix pot holes? My insurance tried denying a claim stating this area is considered to be hazardous driving conditions due to road conditions.

    Hello Pros,

    I asked about the repair to the Right of Way on Mt. Sopris Parkway at the intersection of Huron Peak Avenue.

    This is located on the TOS town-owned fence line South side starting at the Stop Sign and heading westward for 80-linear feet from the stop sign towards Eldorado K-8 School.

    The fence battens are okay but each 8-foot panel is pulling away from the upright 4x6 inch post.

    8 panels are affected and are about to fall away onto the sidewalk of the Mt. Sopris Pkwy

    As a Marshall Fire survivor, these high wind days provide my neighbors and I with a lot of anxiety.

    It would be great if the town could put up a few public web cams so we could check to make sure there’s no smoke or fire coming our way.

    These would be the same as the web cams on mountain passes like Loveland or Berthoud.
