    EBMUD recently did some work on MacArthur, between Maple & Coolidge. Their asphalt repaving is of poor quality, leaving the street with uneven surfaces that are certain to degrade.

    I reported the recurrence of graffiti on the abandoned gas station at 35th and Quigley on 2/4/18 (on the issue #: 3618234). The graffiti is still there. Would like to see owner regularly survey the site and keep it free of graffiti and trash.

    Again this abandoned gas station has been tagged with graffiti and the lot has overgrown weeds and trash. Please work with the property owner to abate the graffiti and keep the lot clean. This has been an ongoing issue for our neighborhood.
