    I am requesting assistance with the removal of the cabinet directly above Angelica Patrick's standing corner desk, see photo attached. Her cubicle is located across from my desk in Community Homelessness Services Division at 150 Frank Ogawa Plaza, Suite 4340. Our office is towards the rear of the building past the kitchenette in Suite 4340. Angelica is in the office on Mondays and Tuesdays and can be reached at x 7537 or you can contact me at x7756 should you have any questions.     I am requesting assistance with the removal of a panel from C'Mone Falls cubicle in Community Homelessness Services Division, located at 150 Frank Ogawa Plaza, Suite 4340. Her office has her name plate on the outside of the door and is located towards the rear of the building past the kitchenette.
