    They said a study was gonna be done months ago. Both orders are still open. A study doesn't need to be done. People race by this area ignore the stop sign there. There use to be a blinking light above this intersection when I first moved here. But children catch the school bus here and there needs to be school Bus signs put up here and by woodland stop sign asap.

    Not sure if the right Department but need both the school signals on during the morning and afternoon coming both ways. The traffic is going way to fast in the school zone. People follow to closely and that's dangerous. Even though Appling is no longer there Dr Martin Luther King Elementary is still there and we care about our students as well. Thanks

    Limbs need to be cut back hanging over sign and the street. Brush needs to be cut back. Can't see traffic coming Also litter needs to be picked up as well as need street sweeper.

    They closed out the ticket before I could comment but they came out for only a few minutes. And didn't pick up all the litter which is still there. I even called Mr Battle and did not get a call back. There needs to be someone who comes out and verifies if the work is completed before closing it out.

    Need a flasher above the stop sign like the ones on Nottingham at the 4 way stop. There are cars that still go through this stop sign and that's dangerous as my child and other children have this stop as their designated bus stop. And crossing the road is dangerous if the vehicles just proceed past the stop sign. This is an accident waiting to happen.

    Needs to be a bus stop sign or slow children sign as well.

    All the way from 1934 Wood valley Rd and up and down upper river road is white paper Litter also they never got it all up from last time. 1895 upper river has litter all in front by the street and in the street. in the middle of upper river and wood valley road. There is trash as well.

    The Ryland Trash truck is leaving white pieces of paper all up and down upper river rd. and wood valley, woodland dr and Twin Pines Drive this has been an ongoing thing for a few months. They only picked up half of it last time and left the rest. I put in a complaint to Ryland they just acknowledged it and then said they would look into it and to make sure to bag my trash. Well it's NOT MY TRASH! I know every Tuesday the trash truck when they leave our area it's little pieces of paper all over several streets like I said. In all the neighbor's yards. Not just mine. I don't know who's responsible for this just know it needs to be cleaned up!!

    The Trash truck is leaving white pieces of paper all up and down upper river rd. and wood valley, woodland dr and Twin Pines Drive this has been going on for several weeks. When the trash truck comes on Tuesdays and leaves behind all this debris. It's unsightly and annoying for our neighborhood to have to deal with this. Please fix this problem asap this is not fun to pick up trash that y'all left every week in front of my house. I also have several pictures as well.

    This is about the third or fourth time I seen white pieces of paper all over the street by woodland, twin pines and upper river roads. And it's coming off the back of the trash truck when they pass on Tuesdays. They never send anyone to come clean it up. And it leaves a big mess behind.

    Stop Sign Stop Bar line needs repainting. Also needs to stand out some how. No one stops at first stop sign between woodland and twin pines. They roll right thru it. They need to reinstall a blinking light like they have at the end of Twin Pines and Nottingham for safety.

    Need a light between 1881 twin pines and 1887 upper river road. Their is a pole at 1887 I thought there was a light over there before. But it is very dark in the cove you can't see the stop sign or yield sign. It's virtually pitch black and is a safety issue. Also with their being theft in the area there needs to be lighting.

    This is the third or fourth time Ryland has left trash on the ground and they left a ton of glass on my grass. All the trash we had fit in our can. it was not overflowing so we don't understand why when they emptied it trash is everywhere. I have also seen this with other neighbors as well. We also had our trash can taken last time we had a bulk pickup. We have had the brown can for years and they was to just take the items in the can. Not my can too.
