    1) need knocked over stick replaced

    2) extend the delineation to improve channelization to encourage compliance of the right turn only out of the school. As it is now, bc the sticks are in a straight edge coming out of the school folks are easily able to continue making lefts out and even in by using the wrong lane.

    The Ridge Rd sign at Ridge Rd and Lead Mine is peeling heavily, makes it hard to read. This intersection is a cluster enough without people not being able to read the signs.

    The folks installing fiber (I think) took down the stoplight ahead sign for the light at Bridgeport and Lead Mine (the sign as you approach Bridgeport from Windsor Ridge). The sign had been laying against the utility box but now it is gone. With the curve right before the light, the sign is extremely helpful for those not familiar with the road.

    1) large cracked area across from the Forum/Lead Mine intersection
    2) another crack closer to Deltona Dr and Lead Mine
    3) excessively high rise of the sidewalk square that is a very dangerous trip hazard

    The shrub outside of the Pleasant Pines Dr entrance of La Petite obstructs not only the stop sign ahead sign but also obstructs the ability of cars exiting the daycare to see oncoming traffic.
