The sun glare is horrible for driving on Washington Street between Western Ave. and Schuyler Place in the morning going SE on Washington. Since all the traffic lights are overhead, it is impossible for drivers to avoid sun glare while looking at traffic signals at certain times of the day. Post traffic lights should be added to improve visibility.
