These vagrants have also cut the county’s chain link fence to cut through trespassing onto Bolero Apartments and to move all of their belongings while the wash gets cleaned. Ongoing problem with no solution so far. They are also responsible for trash and debris in the wash.

I believe it is a Mercedes E-350 early 2010s. It has a flat tire and has been in the parking lot for a week now. The vehicle has a flat tire there are no plates and the vehicle does not belong to any of the tenants in the commercial center.

This cleanup at the wash is the biggest joke ever I can’t believe us taxpayers are forced to deal with this nonsense. Metro is giving these vagrants heads for them to move their stuff so their “housekeeping” (on our dime) can clean up afyer them just so they can return right back to the wash. They cut our fence so they can stage all of their belongings and trash on our property while they are catered to. They are allowed to return!!! They continue destroying our fence that we continuously try to fix. This is Metro’s the county’s fault and now they are becoming very aggressive towards us when we try to fix our fence and try keeping them out. They just cleaned it today and at around 4 o’clock and they started moving their cr@p right back bringing it through our property. THIS HAS TO STOP!!! I have been documenting this for a long time now. I have many pictures, videos, incident reports, and police call logs. Enough is enough!!!

Please do something about this. We are trying to run businesses here, and this is what we have to look at. It's scaring our customers away and we are losing business. There was a news story about Tick Segerbloom wanting to bring more businesses here from Downtown, but nobody is going to want to come here with this eyesore. In addition, there is another homeless camper on the Karen side entrance that hasn't moved in months and another homeless camper on the north side of the parking lot. Please address these issues.

We have multiple requests to get the wash behind 1701 East Katie cleaned up for over a month. There is graffiti, homeless people, trash and a bike stealing ring going on near the Bolo Apartments. Please get this cleaned up and look for a permanent way to secure the gates at Spencer bridge. We have been asking for this for years.

This gray cargo truck (Nevada license plate 858-V36) has been parked here at the corner of Algonquin drive & Commanche drive for more than 4 weeks. Me and my neighbors haven't seen it moved since day 1.

They broke the gate and are walking in and out
