    There is people running an unlicensed repair shop out of a green house garage on gardenier st. There are always many unregistered and uninsured cars on the street and all over down there. They make the street hard to pass they are working on cars in the street not just in the small garage. Driving their suped up cars down the streets at unsafe speed causing safety problem especially with the dangerous speeds so close to the park.

    You're shaking the neighborhood with your music. You've been spoken to by your neighbors, and the police, and you continue to turn your music up to violate city noise ordinances. You live in a community not a stadium.

    There is a lot of broken playground equipment in the park at Barkely Elementary School. The caterpillar is is missing an antenna and is rusted and some of the other equipement is eith partially damaged or totally broken. This is a very heavily used playground, both by students and other children in the community and it is long overdue for repairs.

    A very dangerous situation has existed at the intersection of Market, Division and the Route 5 arterial ever since the traffic pattern on the arterial was changed from one way to two way. People exiting Division Street and people heading north on Market have a green light at the same time. People exiting Division Street are now often heading east on the Route 5 arterial (something they could not do before the traffic pattern was changed). I don't know if there have been any accidents there yet, but I have been nearly hit several times, including yesterday. People heading east and people heading north cannot have a green light at the same time.
