There's a inoperable dark blue sedan (Tag# unknown). The vehicle has been parked on the grass area of the property for quite some time.

Pothole.

pot hole need repair and smooth that area out cars dodging that area in front of school

This place is asking for trouble. It’s not only an eyesore but a danger to the community.

this home has been abandoned since we moved across the street in 2016. over the years there have been break-ins there. police have been called. Teenagers vandalizing , grass overgrown, now the neighbor will cut it on occasion because it looks so bad.
It is a terrible eyesore with rusting junk in yard/carport. It is a Hazard and danger to kids in the neighborhood.

Again, this has been waiting for pick up since 10/29

This yard makes Peake Road looks terrible. It’s a sight for sore eyes. Trash and old furniture all in the front yard.

Recycling pick-up was missed again 10/6/21, and recycling bins in our subdivision have been out on the street for over 4 weeks waiting for pick-up. Please let residents know when we can expect a pick-up, if at all, so that we can re-direct this recycling trash as it's all over the neighborhood.

Issue is at intersection of Peake Rd S & Hushpuppy Lane, (side gate LWW) & Parklane Place. The "Yeild" sign on Peake needs to be removed. it is confusing to drivers unfamiliar with the area. I have lived in LWW for 30+ years and have observed my share of close accidents here.
My feeling...Hushpuppy & Parklane both have stop signs which they should. Peake is a continuous roadway which happens to have a 90° turn at this point, making it appear more like a 4 road intersection instead of 3 roads. Peake traffic should never stop but keep moving thru this 90° turn, in both directions, therefore not needing the "Yeild" on northbound side. Traffic going north on Peake comes to the "Yeild", cars are at intersection from all 4 diections but that north bound Peake driver is unsure about what exactly to do & the south bound driver slows & hesitates. The aforementioned near accident happens at this point.
With no "Yeild", the Peake traffic should just keep moving with no hesitation. Other 2 roads do not enter onto Peake until no traffic is coming from either direction on Peake. At that point, first driver at intersection has right of way to enter onto Peake.
Remove "Yeild" sign before accident does occur & people are injured.
