Neither one of the two water fountains by the lake entrance on the west side work.

The bridge support in the 2-5 playground is broken.

When the Plexiglas was replaced a different padlock was out on. The Miracle Manor Neighborhood Association is locked out.

A vehicle drove through multiple areas of the south stretch of the park tearing up the grass damaging several trees and knocking down and destroying a disc golf basket.

The ADA rubber pour over has some holes that need patching as they are a tripping hazard. This playground area is along the west side of the school on N Bentley Ave. Thank you.

The tall slide near the skate park is not stable and the support is cracked.

Broken slide. Graffiti and damaged play equipment. Has not been repaired in over one year.
